I quit smoking about 2yrs ago but the last few months i've been really craving them. I'm not sure why but i often feel very anxious, can't really put my finger on what i'm anxious about. My job is very stressful and i seem to loathe it when i'm there but when i have time off i feel almost lost. So far i've only had two cigarettes, one on Thursday and one today.
